Thank you for choosing to help make the 16th New England International Chinese Martial Arts Championships a success. The event will take place November 7, 2026, at Manchester High School.

As a volunteer, you will receive the following:

1. “Staff” Championships t-shirt (see image below)
2. ID badge
3. Boxed lunch
4. Rest periods in the Officials area with snacks and bottled water
5. Certificate of Appreciation
6. Championships commemorative program book
7. Your name in the commemorative program book

Volunteers are expected to arrive at Manchester High School at 8:30 am on Saturday, November 7, 2026, and stay until approximately 7 pm the same day, with reasonable breaks for lunch and rest.

Please note: If you are competing, you are ineligible to volunteer. If you are a parent of a competitor and are concerned that you will not be able to watch your child’s competitions due to your volunteer duties, we recommend not signing up to volunteer.

We will have two volunteer training sessions in October prior to the tournament (exact dates TBA). We will also have an online session via Zoom if you can’t make it to either in-person session.

Deadline to sign up to volunteer: September 15.

PLEASE NOTE: T-shirts this year are running a little small, so please consider selecting a size one or two larger than you normally wear.
